yup..although imo..since they changed it to a first person type of gameplay..they should have fine tuned the leveling system based on 1st person shooting..like no more attribute allocation since basically u rely on skill when it comes to shooters..a bit more on the perk system would be nice..more flexible movements like cod4(cuz it has lean controls)and more fast pace action on encounters..with realistic health limits..i mean who survives 5 headshots anyway..lol

I haven't played Fallout 1 or 2, but I kinda wish they would do something like that, as I've heard a lot of good about the old Fallouts.. My main concern is that they won't succeed in making the "feeling" of a post-apocalyptic world, dark and agonizing. Though I'll buy it anyway, I'm too big of a Fallout fan to miss ny upcoming Fallout titles. :)
