  • to me it seems you can do max like 7 , its obvious you hardly lift ur self after the fifth, and the video is shut down.. so .. plz..

  • this is not hard pull ups... i'm definetly not like you but i can do all of them with the very basic workout and im 16yo only and i weight 140 pounds

  • Climbing and reach-ups are definitely the most useful. They're usually the variations I use besides the standard pull-ups when I workout. And they're great for parkour upper-body strength training

  • wow wow wow even with your size you can punish those pull ups!
