I was at the Passion in Sydney last week and my immediate reaction was that the moving flower was symbolic of people who have accepted God's Word as truth. Mark 4:3-8 talks about a farmer throwing seeds out - some die, some get choked by thorns and others live. So it is with the Good News of Jesus - some reject and others accept. One leads to death, the other to eternal life.
Sorry - that's a textbook Sunday school answer. Hope it helps :)

Thanks for posting this. We went in Seoul and it was in Korean and it was a live ensemble doing part instead of the band.
