@acxeros You are right, this is Gabor Tarkövi, now Berlin Philharmonic principal trumpet. The orchestra is the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra (Symphonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks).

Can anyone tell who is Principal Horn in this video? I think he is not part of the BRSO, because principals there are Terwilliger and Duffin. And am I right with the suggestion that he plays some kind of Paxman horn??
