how could they not have expected a potential rebel/insurgent group? How was this obvious to me and most people i know, and yet it baffles our best generals and anylists? Propaganda and lies as usual i hope, stupidity and incompetance otherwise i fear tho. We americans have all gone totally crazy since all this began, i never would have believed how bad we continue to fubar this stuff up.

what naivety these worshipers of democracy had.. such led them to forget logical and pragmatic thoughts, under the belief that democratic nations don't fight each other. It's a form of faith, really. No different with the mujahideen..

there is so much information that I finally start to reveal the truth (not fully but slowly) on world events that I could've learn from 4 years ago. thanks pbs frontline. troop surge, some kind of clear, hold, and build strategy, and other strategies are assessed carefully. i don't know how successful they are but it's hard, the war, it's hard to know what to do at this moment and think about it.
