Closing your eyes, the Meditation begins. Draw a deep, cleansing breath. As you exhale, release distraction. When distraction comes, simply return to your breath. Open to the gifts, the blessings of this moment. Feel yourself in the flow of consciousness. Feel the years & the decades that have brought you to right here, right now, at the very cusp of your Life unfolding. Sound the OM. Pour golden white light onto your path as it unfolds before you. A being of Radiant Light comes toward you, wrapping you in a tender, vibrant embrace of Light. Return the hug. Feel the kindness you so readily extend to others. Turn that kindness to your dear, tender self. Feel compassion & understanding for yourself for being exactly how you are, for being exactly who you are. Gently exercise your muscle of self-compassion & self-kindness by giving your attention to it. Allow your self-compassion to flourish. Pour compassion into your Life. Responding to others with understanding and gentle kindness becomes a Life habit.
