  • I am sorry but I gave you the wrong one it is 160.6350 in Lamar, MO. I have so many in my scanner, I have 2 BNSF, 2 KCS, 2 UP, and 2 M&NA. Again sorry about the mistake!!!

  • Also when the get to Pleasent Hill MO. north of here they switch to UP's frequency and I don't know what that is.

  • @railfanalways The UP freq is 160.47

  • @UPTRAIN I know about the work orders, but I've have been told that they book cars month in advance and they never get them

  • MNA has the cars, MFA didn't call our customer service people and release the cars (a.k.a. tell us to pick them up). We don't just go down the track stopping and picking up random cars, we have work orders.

  • @UPTRAIN What do you mean? They had

to shut down for a few days this fall

because there was no room in the

elevator. If MNA has cars ready when

ever why is there a big corn pile in Irwin?

  • AAR Channal 35 for the entire railroad, sometimes we'll use 32 in the yard for switching.

  • No, MFA doesn't release their cars like they should. We don't know to pick them up unless they tell us to.

  • There is only 1 grain elevator in Lamar. The other place is El Dorado Chemical, they get fertilizer cars.
