@mglandrover Anyone with half a mind zeros their gun before they get to the stand. It must be zeroed with the same ammo you'll be hunting with for blah blah yards. The thing is getting the sights knocked out of zero while going to or getting in the stand. He didnt know his gun was off zero. First shot off could have been a number of variables, second shot off tells you the sights are off, just a question of how far they are off and you're taking a complete random guess where the third will hit.

@Silvestris420 But he had 3 perfect shots!!! The deer didn't move at all!!! He just can't rush himself although he took about 10 minutes between each shot.

@Silvestris420 You don't hunt do you? Otherwise you would have know that if the shot was off to the left, then move then move the gun over to the right, don't keep aiming at the same spot. And if he was a "good" hunter, he would have gotten his gun zeroed before he brought it into the woods.
