So since the last video for this area I put out exactly 2 months ago ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F6Eky4... ) there has been some great updates to it. Scheduled for released as part of Patch 1.05 from the test server to live server which is imminent now would be a good time to show a bit more of the area. Patch 1.05 is the biggest patch ever the content and discussion can be seen here: http://www.mmorpg.com/discussion2.cfm... I have plenty more footage but editing is time consuming although fun :) I also have now Adobe After Effects which I used for the text in the video and the intro (changed up the Funcom ). I have had AE for just 10 days now and have been watching Videocopilot.net for tutorials so thanks to Andrew Kramer there. In the future videos will be more funky ;)

As much im Conan fan and i watched and played this game for few month, this game was a big dissapointment for me. Tarantia is freakish small as capitol of biggest hyborian city.
ehm, no. It's the biggest virtual city I've ever seen, when you experience it there should be no doubt of that.
But the city still has a lot of space where you just walk. Unlike other games where the cities are tightly packed with questgivers, merchants etc. there is a lot of "room" in this city, although there are less questgiver and merchants pr. metre, there are many more questgivers and merchants still than any other virtual city I've ever seen also.
running back and forth takes more time than seeing this video, so that's wrong, unless you are a speed-hacker ;D
But Commons aren't a "huge" playfield, that I can agree, and it takes less than a day to complete it with moderate gameplay, but it's still a satisfying place to go.
Bwahahahha! Stability and all those problems are ALL gone now m8, I never notice the lag either. The graphics are amazing, so if you got a few years old computer it's no wonder if its a bit heavy.
