my hair looks exactly like yours but it looks like its thick but is actually kinda thin. Its pretty long though. It down my back to my bra stap at the longest. But my question is, is there anything i can do to thicken up my hair? I have never had a perm (i have been natural all my life) but it was so much thicker when i was younger.(i'm 23 now) Is this just natural or should i moisturize more? I don't really have a hair routine for keep it moisturized especially when i get a press and curl.

@tahirahrashidarey ok well washing your hair is actually good for your hair. it depends on what kinda washing your doing. i wash my hair with shampoo once a week or every two weeks because SHAMPOO is what get rid of oils and all that good stuff, but every 3 or 4 days i cowash my hair meaning i only wash it with CONDITIONING conditioner to keep it moisturized. so yes it is good to cowash your hair. MOISTURE IS THE KEY!! :)

I was told that for black people (which I am..) WASHING your hair is not good for your hair,cause it gets rid of the oils, that make it grow, so we should not wash it so much, once a week was what i heard multiple times ! so its good to wash your hair ?I'm  a tad confused !
