Lost/House MD Jack/Juliet/Cameron: Patience

I know, it's been forever since I uploaded a vid, but more homework = less vidding .
Any way, there are some careless mistake sin this one, but many people have been asking me when I'll upload a new vid, so here it is!

And sorry to all of you guys who requested vids, and I haven't completed them yet, I've been busy, but I haven't forgotten about all of you!

Short story, Jack and Cameron are newly weds, but Jacks plain disappears, and he begins a new relationship on the island with Juliet, when they eventually get rescued, Jack must choose between Cameron or Juliet, I left the ending up to you guys!

Detailed Story;
The vid begins with Cameron looking at a tv screen, with a women introducing the survivors of oceanic 815. The vid then flashes back on Jack telling everyone that "it's ok, they'll think were in shock", this is his way of reassuring Juliet that no one will ever find out she wasn't actually on the plane. Next, the vid goes back one year:
One year previous:
Jack and Cameron are newly weds, they love each other, and are more then happy to spend there lives any where, as long as there together, but tragedy strikes, and while on his way back from a medical conference, Jack's plane disappears. Cameron is given the heart breaking news that the plane was found, and there were no visible survivors. Back on the is;land, Jack meets a women by the name of Juliet, who is supposed to make sure that he doesn't escape form the others captivity, Jack adores Juliet, but he couldn't get himself to tell her that he loved her back because in his heart, he knew that Cameron would never give up. Juliet, eventually realizes that Jack still loves his wife (she sees that he kept his wedding ring), but after saving his life, the two enjoy a passionate kiss, and escape off the island, back home, after finally finishing his tv interview, Jack goes to the hospital to see Cameron for the first time in a year, for the next three months, the couple try and mend their marriage, but after Juliet comes over for supper one night, Jack realizes his feeling for Cameron have changed.
I left the end up to you guys, there two scenarios, Jack shows up at Juliet's door, or Cameron's door, and tell whichever women you want that he loves her.
