  • you forgot to add 1,3 dimethylamylamine.

  • @rgmcall

No i didn't. Vid following this one was dedicated to exactly that topic. Personally (see comments in other vid) I would not mix it with other CNS stimulants. You can if you wish...

  • Will Brink is Zeus. Hey Will, do you think Beta Alanine is effective with one dose and just on pre workout days alone? It's hard to find any data on it being used as only a pre workout because most studies used it consistently for weeks or months. Does it have to be used consistently?

  • @theUSER101

Spreading the dose out probably has has much to do with avoiding the flushing effect as it does effects on endurance/performance per se. I'm too busy/lazy to be spreading it out all day. I may not be maximizing it's potential by doing it that way, but not going to worry about that one.

  • you're a big phat phussy lol..... I love that part

  • @motiv8td

    I couldn't resist. I'm sure I offended someone already...

  • @MusixPro4u creatine is in 90% of preworkouts bro. Read labels, Monohydrate creatine (more then likely about 1000-2500 mg)

  • You rock Will! Keep doing what your doing, its good to have someone who actually knows there stuff, and be able to separate the good from the crap for us!

  • where do you get your stuff in this video?

  • @Woolfy74 no, and no. Especially creatine has nothing to do in a preworkout

  • What do you think about Driven Sports Craze? It's the new big pre-workout now.

  • instead of tyrosine - what about a scoop of BCAA? also, what about creatine?

  • @Dcavolli Its far from impossible...

  • @drummking15 Look p Dr.Layne Norton, he did extensive research on this topic.
