@fuzzywzhe My first dog was a Sammy. Totally spoiled me to any other breed. She was a perky Biscuit colored Sam. So smart and lively. I picked her up off the street and nursed her back to health, and she got pretty healthy in those prime years. Towards the end her health began to fail, mostly due to her almost dying before I rescued her. Animals never fair well in the end if they have difficult beginnings. I swear she learned how to enunciate words too. And she had a sense of humor. =)

Samoyeds are always good natured toward nearly everything.
They are truly a wonderful animal, but I don't think most human beings are able to own them competently. They require a lot of attention and love, and people often fail to recognize how intelligent Samoyeds are and most distressing, many people don't bother to learn how to communicate with their dog. If you can't do that, never own a Samoyed.
