How To Update To PSP CFW 5.50 Prometheus 3 & 4 (PLAY ANY UMD OR ISO)

MUST HAVE CFW:
5.00 M33 or..
5.03 Gen C or..
5.50 Gen D


In this video I will be showing you how to update or install the latest PSP CFW which allows you to play all the new iso and cso psp games

how to downgrade from prome-4 back to 5.50 Gen-D(full)?

cause i used 5.50Gen-D(full) directly install to prome-4 and it works for Monster Hunter 3rd portable but i wan to Downgrade it back to 5.50Gen-D(full) from prome-4 can Link me to downgrade program i'll subcribe u

@herman240 I have another video on my account that shows how to install 5.50 Gen-D (full)

this will work even from Prometheus-4...

just choose the option "Flash install CFW 5.50 Gen-D3" (one of the options should say something like that, i can't remember exactly though) by doing this you will remove all the files from the Prometheus-4 and you will be right back to 5.50 Gen-D3

Gen-D3 is Gen-D(full)

I had no "GAME" or "UPDATE" folder once extracted. Did I do something wrong? Im using Windows Vista.

@5000562 are you sure you have downloaded the correct files from my website?

that's very unusual..... there should be those exact folders that you can find from those 2 downloads

perhaps you may want to re-download and try again

you may not find the folders entitles "Prometheus-3" & "Prometheus-4" because i re-named the first folder that was extracted. Although everything within the folder sould still be the same and provide you with the "GAME" and "UPDATE" folders

@KazroPSP My friend i alrady download the Prometheus 4 (for 5.03 Gen-C) but i can't see the UPDATE?? should we create a folder like that too and put the eboot from the prometheus folder and after that put the Update folder with the eboot inside it from the prometheus and put prometheus folder in the game folder without the eboot of it? i'm really confused please help us thanks man

@pet415 I'm using 5.03 Prome 3v4... I tried googling that thing too, but I found out that upgrading from 5.03 - 5.50 Gen(?) would brick your PSP. Nver tried it though, it's brand new... =D

i have a 5.03 prome-3v4 (came from 5.03gen c full)

and is it ok to upgrade 5.03 prome-3 to -----> 5.50?

where should i pick? 5.50 gen-a?gen-b?gen-c?gen-d?

and does the game disappear when your psp lags? is the 5.50 prome permanent? coz i still use kxploit on 5.03 prome to reappear the games
