There are now hundreds of people in capes "patrolling" our streets. Are they helping keep us safe or just scaring the piss out of old people?

They started doing this before the movie "kick ass" came out... and most of them are ex-military and/or ex-police. They do martial arts training, work out at the gym... when they travel to another city on a vacation or something they usually hit up the superheroes group for that city and patrol. They are willing to risk their own life for random people.... Trust me I don't think it would be wise to mess with them....

@VinnyMonster1 Do you know who police urge people not to do stuff like this? Because it's ass-backwards stupid, and on average does more harm than good. Some tubby guy running around in tights looking for trouble is a bad idea.
