I am sorry but Judge is wrong here. Paul Wellstone voted for the Patriot Act not against it and the only Senator who voted against it as he is well known for is Russ Feingold

this is an accurate correction that should be made to this speech. The speech is edited and there were many references to the Iraq war. The judge used no notes in the speech and most likely confused Wellstone's vote agains the Iraq war with the Patriot Act. Regardless of this detail, the main point of the speech remains correct and well stated. The Patriot Act is a disgrace to this nation and it saddens me every day that my fellow Americans could care less.

So we've given our liberties away, and they will never RETURN them freely. So what;s left? Should we wait and see what the Republicans do, or should we "Abolish" this Govt now?? Many believe that America is already lost. Drowned on the Quicksand of life.

Millions of Americans are waking up. It is up to us, the leaders of this movement, to educate our fellow citizens and to provide the leadership to get back our liberties. This will be a process and not an event. I'm not sure about the republicans....I don't trust them. There ARE a handful of them that are of our breed. We must continue to elect those politicians whom will enforce the constitution. All there answers lie within the Constitution. We CAN do this!

The point is we can not vote back lost liberty. Learn that like it was what you were fed as a babe, it will be your death that proves it otherwise and government in defense of its power will destroy you. History proves how dangerous those who grow powers eventually endanger those whom hold the remainder of it. We are in grave danger. Stop bickering over political parties. Stop being distracted by all that does not return this nation to the rule of law and open the courts to impartial jurists.

I believe that WW3, is their solution for corrupt economy, decreasing population (population control), citizens that are considered anti-gov't, undesiraeables, contries that are anti-NWO, or those that do not want to conform, stripping our constitution, only the elitist will or the wealthiest 1% will be protected, one world currency will begin, and in their eyes a fresh start, think about it? Fema camps, patriot act, one gov't police, one law, downsizing population, strippin citizens arms,.....

Our Gov't is steadily corralling us, like cattles, stripping our rights, they are preparing for a police state, they have been working with FEMA, and their plans are hatching. Why is FEMA PURCHASING hundreds of thousands of grave liners? These things are stock-piled all over the country from California, texas, georgia all the way to New York, why? why are jet air planes spraying our skies with aerisol (chemtrails) miles and miles long, what have they been planning for us, what is going ON!!!!

US gov't, has a plan in motion that involves, mass depopulations nationwide, and also there seems to be a joint effort with NATO, AND most european countries to do the same, we have US military in over 150 countries, totalling 700 US bases, we have been steadily occupying countries and this only spells a huge plan, RUSSIA and CHINA are now allies, N Korea is Nuclear armed and has a new leader, US has IRAN locked in it's sights and is looking for reason for another war, isreal is getting itchy.

I agree with judge napolitano 100%, The bushes left this country in dismay, corrupt, their agenda was to incorporate NWO, and that was their goal, they have been shredding the constitution from the getgo, how can americans let this happen. @krn87 My whole family is Military. I know for a fact, none of them would do anything your talking about. A lot of people, such as yourself, act like the military is a machine controlled by a computer somewhere. you have to remember that the military is comprised of people with individual thoughts and moral compasses. So before you start preaching to me about "The military" and tell me to go to school, maybe you should open your eyes a little bit and realize what your saying
