The new Red Dot awarded Magisso Teacup makes enjoying tea nice and simple.
Thanks to the triangle bottom, it is easy to adjust the strength of tea depending on your taste without making a mess. Just tilt the Magisso Teacup so that the strainer side of the cup is lower. Then lay the tea leaves to the strainer, pour hot water until it reaches the leaves and let it steep until the tea is just right. By tilting the Magisso Teacup the other way, the tea is ready to be enjoyed while the leaves in the strainer spread their natural fragrance.
All you need is tea and hot water -- and love of course.

Interesting design; thumbs up, at least, for the aesthetic appeal.

I'd say it is OK cup for people who'd enjoy tea casually, but any tea aficionado wouldn't want to drink in this cup for a simple reason: having leaves freely swirl in a pot for maximum output is the best choice.

That is why you don't see any serious tea drinker using those muffled strainers because they limit tea leaves exposure to water.

Having said that, I'd still want one in my tea collection, the concept is beautiful!

Yes I do agree with you :) This would definitely taste better (by miles) than tea bags!

I largely agree, but the ridiculously simple design nevertheless appeals to my laziness. And it still totally beats a teabag...wonder if I can sell some of my bagged-tea-drinking family on how easy this would be to use. Some of them keep telling me that the only reason they won't give up on bags is that leaves are "too hard" to make tea with!
