this took me like about 4 hours although it was short.
my first time trying to do lip sync.
probably fail, i tried my best to make it follow the audio.

And yes, the hand moving is kind of retarded. it looks so damn unnatural.
same goes for the head 8(. at first i tried moving den the head dislocated!

try using Chroma Keyer > Pure Green Screen. Den change the colour the black :O. If you have sony Vegas.. if you dont have, i cant help ): coz idk too ):
