  • Excellent knowledge, the jumps are a great way to train! Thank about the first muscle to start burning when your tele skiing. 90% of the time its your Quad's

  • Good job!! Last seasons I used to go with just running exercises, but is not enough, this time a I did some quadriceps work out and it really goes better than just running.

    Nice ideas of work out!!
