Actually Not Always Most Of The Time In Arena You Do Not Want To Garrot Mages Because It Prevents CC Also If You Cheap Shot And They Blink You Force Them To Ice Block With Kidney Shot And Since Ice Block Removes Garrot you might as Well Get The Most Combo Points You Can
