@mageac I know he could have said it better, but I understand what he meant. He was saying 250 hp in a Miata is like having 500 hp in other cars. I'm not saying that's true, just clarifying.

According to the dragtimes website, a Miata with 257 horsepower does a quarter-mile in about the same time as a Cadillac CTS-V with 525 hp. The Caddy may have had a horrible driver, but that doesn't mean a 12 second Miata is slow.
