Citizens of New York City raise their voice and protest Attorney General Eric Holder's decision to try terrorists captured on the battlefield in Federal Court in New York City.

This is NOT a civilian case. Americans were attacked on American soil and that constitutes an act of war by these terrorists. Furthermore, the Pentagon is a military establishment, housing military personel. A military ribunal is the only place these trials should be held. The victims families should not be made to suffer again over a political agenda.

Remember...he said that it was 'our fault' that 9/11 happened, back in 2001.

It makes no sense to have these trials in NY.

He's holding these 'show trials' to create a distraction from the other things he's doing.

People will die because of this.

Giving up our freedoms, and our respect for the rule of law, out of fear or anger (as righteous as it is!) is exactly what the terrorists want. We MUST hold fast to our democratic system, or we surrender.

I must agree with Ken Starr and others who have called your attack on Justice Department lawyers shameful.

One might think of the lawyers representing accused terrorists akin to those who defended blacks during the 1960s

in the American south, or maybe those who would have represented women accused of witchcraft in 1600s Salem.

What is your alternative? No legal representation? Toss them in a hole? Summary execution?

Why are you all so attached to getting revenge for something that happened almost a decade ago? Holding a grudge is like taking poison, and expecting the person you're against to die. Be the bigger people and let it go, stop living in the past, because it distracts you from what's truly important. There are other people in the world that have it much worse than we do, after all.
