  • people dont do this. ur gunna snap your wrist or drop the weight on yourself. ur never gunna be able to go heavy enough to build bigger triceps with this coz ur gunna snap ur wrist coz its not a natural movement. close grip, skull crushers, kick backs all better than this

  • @sexylilthug77 first of all you wouldnt try the weight this guy is doing cause not as big/strong as this guy you have to start of low weight like around 20-40 lbs
