An extensive video review of the realized disk I/O performance gained by putting an SSD (60GB Vertex 2 in this case) in your PS3, replacing the original 5400rpm spindle drive that is in it now.

Everything from demo install times to specific game load sequences that are exclusively I/O bound. We make sure to only benchmark the disk-intensive operations and not introduce other complicating factors into the process like network I/O or Blu-ray disk access.
