  • LOL @ these even being partial squats. You are pretty much just unracking the weight.

  • I could partial squat a total of 350 lbs untill I blew out my right knee

  • question: do your spine(s) ever hurt after this? I tried it for the first time today (and i squat all the time), and it kind of hurt my back, I corrected my technique after it hurt, which minimized the pain but it was still there.

  • About two or three yearts ago I could do a lock out lift with 600 pounds.

    One day I did it with five hundred something and Jose, the guy in charge of the gym said, that's too much weight for a guy your size to lift. I was 63 or 64 at the time and weighed around 140.

    I think his oppostion was largely due to the fact that he'd never seen a lock out lift, since his gym is in East Moline, Illinois, one of the most conservative and backwards areas on Earth.
