Send your units to attack the ZOCOM MCV Immediately. Once it's received a bit of damage it will deploy for the rest of the mission.
Start by building an MCV, and placing it near the Canyon entrance to the west. You'll want to get out three Tiberium Refineries here, as well as bringing the total to three on the eastern patch. For defense, use a combination of Shredder Turrets and Obelisks at the entrance, four of each will more than be sufficient which is pathetic considering this is level 11/13.
The SAMs I built towards the north east, may or may not be needed. There's something you just have to be aware of later in the level, that WILL cause you pain if you don't take it down quick. I didn't need them, but meh, better to be safe than have your whole base wiped out easily.
I also start using the Vein detonation on the objective markers. Spending £12,000 on a bonus objective? joke really...
The part ends with my defence set up, and me beginning to produce some attacking units.
