hi, I train with kettlebells for 5 years now, but I do kettlebell lifting about 14 months. So, before results were not good, but since I train under Valery Fedorenko, my power endurance and strenght went up

Excellent demonstration of strength and form. I can do one arm jerks with the 32kg but no where near 51 reps.
