This is a test of the Youtube HD thing where you add &fmt=22 to get 1280 by 720 video on youtube. You can now press "watch in HD on the right also. I want to see how clear it is when there is lots of motion on the screen. This video is me playing a game called trackmania nations forever (track C01 time 27:87).
Final video rendered with SUPER (free), in the .mov format with h.264 codec, 1280 by 720 resolution 16:9 aspect ratio, 6000 kbps. Hopefully it works. In the actual video, 9x AA and motion blur was used for the best graphics for the game.
It looks~~~~ eh, ok, the video was crystal clear when I uploaded it but I could of done somehting wrong, at least I know it works (clearer when viewed with &fmt=22)

A fast computer with a fast internet connection is recommended for HD (if it actually works, I know that mine is a bit too slow and I have to wait until the video loads, generally speaking, if you have anything faster than 3mbps download and a multicore processor (as far as I know the youtube player doesn't support GPU video encoding so that's why its so cpu heavy)) then everything should be smooth and fine).

  • I've seen other Youtube videos where the frame rate is considerably higher and the video plays very smoothly. Like, the whole video box is really different. You can even adjust the speed of the video. By slowing it down or speeding it up. Here's an example:

    /watch?v=a2nTfLohM-s&feature=g-u&context=G2a0e708FUAAAAHgAOAA

Sorry I couldn't find a more interesting video. This is the only one that came up in my mind.

  • great video but the bit rate is not that good
