Hi Keith, recruitment is currently very limited due to the Public Sector Recruitment Embargo. Most activities in the reserve are unpaid, however the majority of time commitments over 1 day are paid. Currently soldiers are allocated about 2 weeks paid training per year.

@barinit 17 or 18, I joined at 22, the oldest was 27. The average age would have been about 18.
