  • Thank you finally found some really good stretches!

  • method of stretching is good. Just one thing that most people don't realize. The muscles don't actually stretch after 2 or 3 seconds, but just fatigue. You are better off to do each stretch for 2-3 seconds and repeat the stretch 5-10 times. You'll get better results from doing so.
