DO NOT BUY PRESALE FROM MAGELLAN DEVELOPMENT! Their sales office outright lied to us about the fitness center in our building- we have their sales pieces showing a spectacular space and they instead confiscated this space to put in a SALES office of THEIR OWN! You CANNOT TRUST THEM! WAIT until post construction to buy from them. Real estate in Chicago is tanking and prices will be much better in 2 years. CAUTION! These guys are being sued every day by area residents.

Here's a rule of thumb, folks: an established developer is almost always a more reliable source than a completely anonymous commenter who sets out to trash it.
Don't believe anything you read from people who don't have an identity. They might be a competitor, a disgruntled ex-spouse, a pathological hater, etc. etc.
