OP Sak Odour Proof Bags vs ZipLoc - carrying your food

I now use the ZipLoc bags to carry the OP Saks with the food and put into a waterproof PVC dry sack to hoist the food over a very tall tree branch.

I never hide food from my dog so I believe she went straight for what she was able to smell. As the "game" progressed I think she was being a curious dog. If I have time and willingness to clean the bags I will go cook some liver and put that in the bags to test hah ha.

Please leave your thoughts via comments. I want to hear your opinions and/ or method of storing food in your backpack and at the campsite.

@dragonflyhiker I didnt film one last week but I put bread in ZipLoc and fish (canned tuna) in the Op Sak. She went for the ZipLoc. I will need to something like this again and re-post.

Hmmmmm ... how interesting! Your dog went straight for the zip-loc! I wonder what would happen if you did another trial?
