  • I loved Bryan's reaction when he couldn't bend his wrist. He was just like "Yeeeaaahhh..." :D but great video

  • When I make the fist with my thumb on the side, the tip of my thumb jabs into my target. No bueno. How can I still make a fist and avoid hitting my thumb?

  • It feels uncomfortable for me, please reply on how to get used to it or something? :/

  • Subcribed :)

  • I thought dexter new Jujitsu

  • @Sin6667 Most people using the boxing palm down fist because they like distance fighting. It's what MMA/boxing made popular. But it's not the only brand that can be used. Fighting close in, uses the other fist alignments more. It's also why karate has that spiral drill they do. One reason, there are more. Beginners should use palm strikes. Don't even worry about fist alignments.

Yeah, I was noticing when hitting a bag with verticals. I think I haven't noticed before because for one: I don't practice vertical punches on targets as much as a should. But mostly because my middle knuckle is so large it hits with most of my punches. You're right though, the two smaller hit with the verticals naturally from keeping the wrist straight. Thanks.

  • @accdbsme He just called Hawking Cheung's student a rookie. That's basically an insult against Hawking Cheung and his instructor, Ip Man.

These things tend to go in a line.

  • @Arbiter1231

The committment is in the transfer of the body weight. Thus in external arts, they commit by over extending or leaning in. In internal arts, people committ by stepping farther into the opponent's space.

  • @Warpath1337 Just think of it as a focus test. Although Jin has been using women more in the demo videos, or others who can control their posture better.
