Living Essentials pioneered 5 HOUR ENERGY in 2004 which purports that it can boost energy levels, especially in mid afternoon. What is in this product and are the claims true? @707Rocker707 Sorry forgot to answer your question, when I tried it it kept me awake but not to much. Like if you drink half the bottle you get moderate energy and if drink the whole thing, you get mx energy. I've only tried half the bottle at different times and kept me awake with some energy.

i probably drink about four a day plus two energy drinks and cheap ones like slap and rip its cause redbull is like 3 for a small can and the 20 ounce is like six bucks

This shit is so expensive compared to other options. I actually get better results from energy capsules, and even plain old caffeine pills are generally sufficient. I don't know how this company is still able to sell this at their current prices
