A driving safety ad from castrol to discourage drivers from talking on their mobile while driving... but i think if you use a handsfree it should lower the risk.

While talking on a regular cellphone it partially disables your physical driving ability and mental concentration.

Although talking on a handsfree does not disable your physical driving ability at all, but it does affect your mental concentration and attention to detail.

That's a great ad.
[Handsfree is also dangerous, btw. Driving in India demands total concentration on what's before you on the road. Anything can happen any time!]

Even if you're using handsfree, you are still trying to do 2 things @ once

1.Talk on the phone
2.Drive the vehicle

From what I have heard, using a handsfree mobile doesn't make much of a difference

It's the truth. We nearly got taken out by an idiot weaving into our lane as he was babbling on his phone.
