@JDeereGP actually,yes there is control.Called walking ones train and checking for set brakes(either dumping the air if hoses ain't hooked up or manually set handbrakes)

@TheBalanceOfBass Let me explain all I know about this video is that both CSX and NS has had problems in the past and the present like a CSX locomotive fell off or the flood waters made it fall into the river.
