1. represents the year 2000 (completely past so now into 2001) 2. was written as 1999 so you had the next hint (the date). The 7th month in the Hebrew calendar is called Trishri (I didn't look up the spelling atm so I know I could have spelt it wrong) in 1999 that month actually started on Sept. 11th to Oct 12th. So it's how it came to me but I do believe it was the starting of the birth pains of WW3.

I'm sorry but I have to correct you on a part. C10 Q72 is the prophecy of 9/11. I was studying it from '97 to the July 2001 when I figured out the date but didn't have all details. The Quatrain is longer than that though so I only figured out the city and date and that it was going to be very bad.

Reasons how this is; Nostradamus had to hide his true religion so he wrote things in coded form plus prophecies are all written weird too lol, but, 1999 has two meanings,
