@earlph The percussion are through his feet. Watch them and they are dead on with the percussion. Been there since I was 3-4 years old. Was also the only person to have ever gone on stage that wasn't staff/maintainence.

Yes, this is Charlie's drum track...the Organ Stop Wurlitzer has a Boss DR-660 Dr. Rythym drum machine which drives its own samples, as well as the real traps and percussions around the room. Of course, the real percussions and traps are also playable, manually, from the organ console.

regarding he Percussion. Lew told me personaly that the DRUMMASHINE was programmed by his collegae Charlie.Every time I listen I am amazed again.....

how do you control the percussion on these? Is it done electronically to a set beat like a drum machine? or does the organist control it?

May I remind Steamrocks , that Lew williams is one of the BEST Theatre organ AND Classic Organ players in the world ! Some years ago rewarded by ATOS as Best T O Player of the world . Beide that Lew gives concerts together with Walt Storny amongst others.
I admire you too Steamrocks ,but this Lew Williams is sure not in your league but in the professional ! Rest my case......
