$150 on a 50 cent bet is fairly good pay out. That's 300x your bet. I've gotten that respin feature at least 40 times and have yet to win $100 on it w/ $1-1.50 bets. That respin feature is a joke and rigged IMO. I've hit it over 200 times on this game and Gone with the Wind. Not ONE has given me extra symbols.
