  • @katinaanimator

That makes actually a bit of sense. kinda like Jon Stewart "Earth the book".

I watched this in film school, and the way the instructor set it up made it more entertaining: "Imagine you're an alien from another planet, and you have to educate someone about what a human being is. How would you do it?" If you look at it that way, as if you've never seen a human before, and looking at it as a specimen, it makes the film more interesting.

  • ok I don't know anything about this but after watching the film its "brilliance" escaped me. I just spent 15 minutes utterly bored.

  • brilliant!

  • The word perfect implies certain criteria, however, the narrator said the perfect person is right here.Where exactly is here? For me, here is a different place than where the reader is, as well as the narrator's place. If i said, the perfect person is right here, i would be calling myself perfect. Because of language, certain things become immanent.Silence is immanent in language as perfection is transcendent in god.Perfect language implies silence because we dont have to edit our silence

  • This video was made to show how we are flooded in a world of signs and representations and how we sometimes see things that we don't understand. The dialogue is so scarce because what he says is supposed to be emphasized. I saw something today, too that i wish to understand in a few days. The room is a metaphor for the earth, all the things the narrator points out are things we see in earth. The ring of white flame does not have a name, the white spot does not have a name. What is it?

  • woow! amazing is the moment when he makes those quick, rhythmic movements with his fingers, so expressive having totally dead, ghastly calm face in the same moment

  • @copernico1234, ah i see... well i can't say i've had much exposure to italian or even english spoken as a second language by native italian speakers, so forgive me if it can be a little confusing at times.

  • @Lovertits9 ahahah In italian author is more general than director, it's like artist.

    anyway thank you
