  • Strawberries and vinegar? What is this witchcraft

  • goooey and delicious!!

  • Thanks for the info.

  • Balsamic vinigar, though many with celiac disease can tolerate it does contain traces of gluten. The reason some people are able to tolerate it is because the gluten content is reduced through the fermentation process they use. Some do not have reactions to that small amount of gluten and can tolerate it however it does contain gluten and those who are more sensitive to gluten do have an immune response to it. If you have any more questions about this let me know. =)

  • @newkid1969: It does. I have Unresponsive Celiac Disease with Hypersensitivity Disorder. Only 7 of us in the world are known to have it. I'm an advocate for children and parents of children who have food allergies and cannot be helped by a dietitian or still need support in addition to a dietitian. I've done this for quite a few years. The two most common misconceptions about Celiac disease is that it is not related to a chromosomal malformation and that most vinegars are safe.

  • Sorry to contradict you but a good balsamic vinegar does not contain any gluten.

  • @mc4102 The flour was gluten-free.

  • hooray to the french people :)

  • @shdubbleorti

    exactly!

1:55 "you mix your flour with cocoa" i hope it was not gluten containing flour...

  • I hope you're not on a gluten free diet. If you are, Balsamic vinegar contains gluten. Apple Cider vinegar is considered safe though.
