  • @groundhog2008 Yes he is speaking directly to you, as you are one of his useful idiots. A severe case of man love if there ever was one. History will remember him as the worst president ever. Jimmy Carter is relieved.

Your money is wasted through government corruption and excesses. When you blame the poor simply for being poor you reveal yourself. You are a timid man. This is not your fault, it was simply your upbringing. I am absolutely against distribution of wealth in all of its forms. America today has overwhelming income inequality. People like you discriminate against people based upon their political affiliation. Gross. I am not a Liberal.

  • @Chunkylover712 you are obviously one of those people who think that because you born here (maybe) you deserve to be handed money, food, place to live, cable, internet and when the simple fact is you are not a tax payer are a drain on society waste of life. I would rather pay someone to make something of themselves than dump money on generational scum. While I pay my way and for at least 2 of sleaze bag Obamas family members to break the law. I have you and the rest of the sleaze bags leaching.

  • @gmco4

Right... And on which grounds have I been proven wrong? You keep the Straw man going whenever possible I see. In fact, I feel it is plainly obvious that you have repudiated the facts. You have neither defeated the Supreme Courts' decision, or for that matter my own logic against you.

  • @Chunkylover712 if you need emergency medical care at any institution you will be billed for it. It is people like you who dont pay your bills and rely on people like me to pay them for you who dont pay so the cost gets past on to me. There is nothing that says you will get free chemotherapy if you have cancer or a free kidney if thats what you need. I think you have been proven wrong enough now bother someone else for a while collect some FACTS and if you then feel the need bother me again.

I have taken college classes on the Constitution. If you don't believe me, and you think I am all "mixed up", Then why do we have EMTALA? It requires hospitals and ambulance services to provide care to anyone needing emergency healthcare treatment *regardless* of citizenship, legal status or ability to pay. This is the law, so do not tell me the Supreme Court disagrees. To deny a dying man medicine is murder.

  • @Chunkylover712 Ok enough of your interpretation of one word in a document that you heard someone say and you have no idea about. the supreme court said it wasnt the right to life as you are trying to pass it off as. you are obviously not that smart and in no way could convince me that you are in anyway smart. there is a difference in humanity and a right and personally I have none for people who refuse to take care of their own responsibilities or themselves. I dont want to pay for them

  • @gmco4

They will not let people die. Even prisoners of war are taken care of medically. Right to LIFE.

  • @Chunkylover712 1st the state can deny you healthcare its called state paid for healthcare and they refuse people all the time. 2nd the state doesnt have Drs so I guess if you were to recieve healthcare from the state itself you probably be seeking healthcare from someone who can provide it... private institution who invest in buildings and research, pay Drs, pay taxes to have the state come in and offer up their services for free. thats an excellent system state takes what it wants

  • @gmco4

I have taken classes on constitutional law, and I consider myself to be quite knowledgeable. There is no "guarantee" of life, but there is a *right* to life. What you mean to say is that there is no right to safety. The truth is we are never safe. But when testing the constitutionality of a state actor/action, you only need ask this: Either by denying medicine or refusing treatment, did the state *diminish* his/her ability to live? The state cannot deny healthcare.
