Hope to find more new video by you.

  • You could try holding on to somebody's ankles instead of having your hands flat on the floor, that makes it a lot easier.

The helper has to have his feet next to your ears.

You can achieve a lot of flexibility by serious regular practice even in old age.

Following the instructions in this video could help a lot.

  • Ahhh! It hurts so much for a beginner! D:

  • pause it at 1:55

kind of reminded me of the human centipede for some reason...

  • HOT!!!

  • Thank you so much for this helpful video! I finally learned how to do this "full bridge pose". I had trouble figuring out the steps to go about to obtain this pose and your video makes it easier.

  • Wow this is hard.. but I'm a beginner. Thanks for the video! I'll keep on trying..

  • Beautiful. Thank you very much.

  • Hi Esther! I love yoga and i LOVE your videos. I watch them a lot. Your poses are so perfect. I just have one question about the wheel pose. I can go into the pose while standing up is that ok? Will it be the same? Thanks! :-) -Taylor

  • for more advanced people out there, once you are in the bow like position, you raise one leg (at a time) upwards vertically. give it a try and dont forget if you dont push your self you won't get advanced!

  • @peyoteshaman take it easy and slow...relaxation is utmost important. try to focus on how your whole body feels every moment...this way, you'll "see" what you're doing and there's little chance for some weird quick move to hurt you. and it's not the strength in yoga, it's ballance...really let your whole body do yoga
