Flintstones Vitamins with a zombie child,Lincoln-Mercury Cougar, promo for ABC network showing of "California Suite", Love Boat and Fantasy Island (this was the first year closed-captioning was in use, hence the symbols to indicate which shows had it). Then local KGO News Scene update with Jan Carson (the smoking guy in the background was apparently on break this time), McDonald's Touchdown game, and Alpha Beta supermarkets (tell a friend!)

From VHS, played on a machine with linear stereo so you can hear the tape hiss in beautiful stereo!
