If what you're saying about Home Hardware is true, which I don't think it is, Home Hardware would have been in deep trouble for violating Nova Scotia's minimum wage laws.
In addition, Home Hardware would go against the concept of community employment, paying competitive wages.
I'm sure that Home Hardware pays Andrew minimum wage or just above it.
