you might know this but:

The sexual content was to show contrast between meaningless physical attraction (the bj part) and the less sexual and more personal attraction in the next scene (with miles and alaska)

I really didn't do much reading until I was in High School, either, and began reading books my brothers and sisters suggested.

Books can change lives. Mr. Green is that kind of writer...uhm, from what I've heard about Looking for Alaska, it is a deep book.
