Harrasment by plastic police who have nothing beter to do. Simply a case of power drunk and looking for any excuse cause a problem, they work based on NUMBERS. The more arrests and the more "situations" they deal with the better for them.

9 times out of 10 police and pretend police create problems, harassing people until they question them asking why!? So they can say your being abusive.
