Acutally on the DVD's production notes- it states that all 3 shows in Paris were filmed, so I'm betting they used clips and pieces from all 3 of the Paris shows. Also, Madonna did in some shows in the opening say the name of the country (in London, in Munich "alright Germany', Rotterdam "alright Holland", in Barcelona and Madrid "Hola Espana") I personally wish they would've shown actual performances from the beginning in Houston to the final in Nice, but oh well- great movie AMAZING tour! =D

Does anyone know what city this was recorded in? I don't think it was actually in the US because she had a ponytail for the US leg of the tour.

According to the credits on Truth or Dare, it was filmed at Palais Omnisports Paris Bercy, France. It's also mentioned on wikipedia...
