FYI this comes in 2 DVDs, quality is good. Mine bought in Chinatown, cost $30. 'Copy' version $10/each. Menu says Chinese & English it only has Mandarin commentary. Openning Ceremony DVD contains more footage than those they showed on TV. I personally would not order anything on line. Safer if you know someone in HKG or Vancouver to get it for you. Being a Chinese myself every time I re-watch the DVD it brings tears to my eyes. Beijing 2008 would always be the BEST in the Olympics history.

Can you tell me if the DVD contains the ENTIRE opening ceremony and sequences in real time, or is it an edit of different stills only? I would like to see it in full, as seen by the audience as the real art was in the way the formations were performed. Mind blowing! Dying to see it and will order from you if you can confirm it's moving pictures, not edited down.

Hi, the DVD is the whole ceremony and sequences in real time! It is originally released DVD. Actually, in the DVD you can see more secence which were not shown on TV! It is longer then the one were shown on TV!
