The way to combat this beleive it or not is a meal comprised of 2-1 ratio of carbs(simple) to protien (ex. 30g. of simple carbs/15g.protien. This hieghtens the insulin response,which in turn increases testosterone levels, protien synthesis and glycogen retention, in turn acting as th anticatobolic agent.
Your weight loss is based on a kcalorie imbalance meaning fewer kcals. in then you burn. Where that fat comes off is based upon your genetic prediposition.

Exercise also releases cortisol and epinephrine. If this statement by the so called expert is true then exercise makes your belly fat. Because it relaeses the same catibolic agents for it is stressed.

You wanna lose belly fat, stop eating twinkies and sitting on your ass. Workout and eat vegetables, fruits, and protein, and healthy grains.

It's impossible to lose body fat from a specific area in the body. It's just scientificaly impossible!

God,why don't you do 30 min of cardio everyday instead of drinking all those things?
